We want you to love every purchase you make at J.Jill. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
How to Return Your Purchase
- Online Returns – Start your return at j-jillshop.com. Follow the instructions to print your prepaid return label and send your package back via USPS or UPS.
- Mail-In Returns – Pack your items securely, include the original packing slip, and attach the prepaid label. Drop off at any USPS or UPS location.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items, including clearance and promo items, cannot be returned.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order at j-jillshop.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Customer Care immediately for assistance.
International Returns
International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
